ABOUT NICOLE

Nicole Lemmon, the founder and Principal Consultant of ENL Consulting, has over 14 years of Human Resources experience supporting non-profit organizations. She began her career at McLean Hospital, a world renowned psychiatric hospital, Harvard Medical School affiliate and member of Mass General Brigham. Nicole was most recently the Associate Director of Human Resources at The Trustees of Reservations, a conservation and preservation organization that protects special places such as farms, beaches, historic houses and trails for public use. Through her time at these organizations, Nicole supported professionals in the industries of health care, education, retail, agriculture, museums, horticulture, event planning and even cheesemaking.

Nicole received her BA from Pitzer College, a member of the Claremont Colleges in Claremont, CA. She majored in Dance through Pomona College and Scripps College, also members of the Claremont Colleges.

Nicole is a member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA), Nonprofit Consultants Network (NCN), and an affiliate member of Massachusetts Nonprofit Network (MNN).
